However, a subsequent message for the open board member position states that is at 6:00 PM in error. The meeting will start at 7:00 PM. Management will be online at 6:00 PM to guide anyone that signs in at 6:00 PM to return at 7:00 PM and no business will start until that time.

Hello members,

We are pleased to announce that the YARD OF THE MONTH AWARDS program will launch this month.

A newly formed YARD OF THE MONTH COMMITTEE will award two (2) properties in the EAST PARK 5 community for maintaining their lawn/landscaping in a superior manner.  This program has been resumed at the direction of your board of directors, and we plan to continue this for the foreseeable future.  

As mentioned above, the award will be given each month to two (2) properties.  Award winners will be contacted by mail and email (see AWARD NOTICE attached).  Each will receive a $100 Home Depot Gift Card.   A YARD OF THE MONTH sign will be placed on their front lawn for until subsequent awards are given.

PRESSURE WASHING NOTICE


To all members,


AQUABLAST will be starting our annual pressure washing of all sidewalks, curbs, and driveway aprons. These areas will be pressure washed and chemically cleaned to remove ground in dirt and mildew. The process will employ 100% tanked water, rinsed, and then sprayed with an algaecide solution. The reason these chemicals are used after pressure washing is to avoid any potential burning of grass from the chemicals during the pressure washing process.

Please be reminded that all owners are responsible for pressure washing your driveways, walkways, entry to keep them free of dirt, mildew, and stains.

Specialty Management’s New Office Location

In March 2020, we opened our doors to our new office, it has more spacious and comfortable surroundings, with much better parking facilities. Our new address is 1000 Pine Hollow Pt, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714, our phone number did not change - it is still (407) 647-2622. A good marker to find the street to our new office is to look for the tall red 'State Farm' sign and the 'Patio Style' sign on SR 434. The closest intersection is East Lake Brantley Dr and West SR 434.
